I'm after a bronze/brass chape to finish up my scabbard project. Attached is a picture of my scabbard's tip. It is 2.5" around the curve, and 1 & 5/8" wide the front and a smidge over 3/4" deep. I want the chape to be extremely simple like the example below (borrowed from Manning Imperial's website) so that I can squish it around a bit once I get it on the scabbard. I'd like the chape to be about 2 3/4" tall measured straight up from the bottom of the scabbard. I would definitely prefer it to be made slightly tight rather than slightly large!
Not the easiest project to get the sizing right on, so perhaps whoever does this (since it's a terribly easy task) can make me two or three of slightly varied sizes so I can use the one that fits best. Please throw me a PM. Thanks.
