Front buckled CoPs/ Early brigs etc.

Post by Vitus von Atzinger »

Anybody got documentation for front-buckled CoPs or early brigs from 1360-80?

I would like to expand those dates if possible. Is there evidence of front buckled brigandines or CoP? Yes I made and wear one with my FLF kit and it looks good...but I would enjoy knowing I'm doing is almost OK.

Thanks,

What about the paintings of Altichiero da Zevio? I know some of what he depicted were corazzinas, but I want to say that I saw some things that looked like front-opening early brigandines in there...
