New style for my hinged knee muscled greaves.

Post by GuntherofOrkney »

I finished a set of my new hinged knee muscled greaves, these are out of aluminum. I added more definition to the muscling,a center ridge down the shin and extended them down the sides of the foot/ankle. I believe this is a far better looking product. These will run $300

the muscles didnt turn out as prominent as i was hoping on this pair but one of the knees had to be largish for a knee brace.

Seeing as how you don't really need a lot of protection on that part of the body loosing the temper in the aluminum won't really hurt things.

You should hot work the bottom of the greave so the bottom part in the middle sweeps out properly. You can heat aluminum for hot working on your barbeque. they'll be more comfortable and sexier.
