Call to vassals of Edward III, King of England and France

Post by Vitus von Atzinger »

I seek after knights, squires and men-at-arms who, not fearing death and with ample funds to ransom themselves to follow the good Captain Johannes against those who hold and support the castle of Josselin in Brittany.

Who here that bears proper harness has not declared?

Alas, me without my CoP. I loaned it to the local group's baron.

What have you in mind, Vitus? And when?

Mord.
Keep calm and carry a bigger stick.

Ahh... Good Sir Vitus von Atzinger is making a call for the final few persons needed to fill the ranks in the up coming Combat of the Thirty... to be held on the middle Sunday of the Pennsic Wars.

Make ready your harness and mind.
Never give in--never, never, never, never, in nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy. Churchill, 1941

If the good Captain is still in need of men of arms, I will pledge my blade to his banner for this deed. I have watched this Combat for many years, and would be honored beyond measure to join the struggle this time 'round.

If your harness passes the requirements, join the Plantagenet cause.
