My new kit is mostly done! I have new arms, legs and body armour. I am not done with gauntlets, helm or gorget, but those are coming soon. I will have pics at Pennsic, since I have to buckle the CoP and legs yet and my Buckle source is at Pennsic already.

I will FB my progress pics over this week as I am able and link em here.

EDIT - http://forums.armourarchive.org/phpBB2/ ... p?t=120851

Intentions after Pennsic are to add decorative washers/rivets between the splints on all limbs and to add decorative washers/rivets on the bottom dags of the polyen leathers.
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. -Aristotle

It's probably because my kids have been watching Star Wars (the entire series, first time they're seeing it) over...and over...and over...this week.

But Your Grace, is that a wookie head on your spear, to compliment the Jedi kit in the first pic? :) :) :) (ducks!)

I'm guessing it's a Sith kit.

This was from the same event. I had to represent the light side of the force. We had 10 or so Jedi and Sith on the field with lightsabers. Stupid fun![/quote]

I made these to hang off of my belt in proper Sith Stalker fashion for the event.

This one was the simplest but my favorite:

This pic was taken at potrero a few years back (photoshopped later) when 41 Jedi from Atenveldt took the field. It was epic. All in good fun and damn was it fun. We even made stupid lightsaber noises during the battles.

Sorry if off topic but had to post it.

Here is me at Lilies War this year. I am Dressed as Henry VIII, but switch out the red/blue rock for a purple and gold one and you have my rig.

(on Pennsic) I know that movie. It is the 13th warrior. A bunch of guys in armour that doesn't match itself or anybody elses, go on a trip and argue and get drunk and get laid and then fight Tuchux.

Looks good. I like your hat. The plastic baskets detract from the look unfortunately. I borrowed one one day and got all kinds of grief for it.
