If I didn't already have a pair (or three) I'd jump on this..

SOMEBODY, buy these, your feet and ankles and knees and back will thank you for it! :D

Oh yeah..a 41 works out to about an 8.5/9.0 in mens

I dunno about you, but I wear an 8.5-9.0 and my VFF's measured in at a 41.

Next on my list are a pair of FLow's (rainy season is here, and I'm not really gonna stop wearing them just for the sake of falling water... )

American shoe sizes vary from brand to brand a bit. I wouldn't think they'd vary that much though. Then there is the width to consider... So maybe an 8.5 - 9 Donald Duck foot (I can say that be cause I'm as flat footed as they come) fits a 41. Not real sure what is being sold here (apart from obviously footwear), so maybe they sell wides too, don't know.

Googled it; interesting...

Ulric, you said that the 41 was too small for you. What size shoe do you wear?

They have a sizing chart here:
http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/techn ... hanics.cfm

They say to measure your foot with a ruler. Since the shoes are stretchy, you can't trust your normal shoe size to guide you.

I used a measure and went by the sizing chart.

They are too small by about 1/8th of an inch on *one* toe :( -enough to be uncomfortable

They aren't that stretchy.

I went to the VFF site and did a conversion.

Next, I walked in to a store that sold them & asked for the size the site recommended.

Tried them on.

Three sizes too big!

Sorry to make these harder to sell, but Caveat Emptor. Go try them on at a shop, then you'll know if it is the size you need.
