FS one of a kind custom full suit 15th century Warwick style

Post by Ecto »

This is a complete 15th century Milanese Warwick style with German fluting and Influence in the design. It is not just thrown together from parts but specifically designed from start to finish in this fashion and took almost a year to complete. One of the last custom suits manufactured by Valentine Armouries prior to them shutting their doors. (Apparently their website is still up but not selling anything but India replicas now)

I paid well over the selling price. Selling for $3500 EMT preferred but can do paypal, plus shipping. I am moving to Europe to finish a history degree and will not be able to bring this with me. I am in no way desperate to sell, and the suit was appraised a couple years ago at almost 6k. So please be reasonable,.. I've already had guys lowballing and telling me they can find the same thing online for 1000$ good on ya, go to it, but I guarantee you get what ya pay for. I'm already sacrificing for the price listed. This is a completely functional work of art and has been worn in several movies and appeared on a couple tv shows and in various parades and promotional events. I buy quality and paid well for it.

This is a great deal. If interested pm me. Cheers,
-Ecto

Does not come with the cloak nor Bec de Corbin, but does come with the rudimentary stand.

apologies

Post by Ecto »

My apologies, I am just finishing up props for a show and totally did not have a chance to check back till today.

Measurements. Originally made to fit 6-6'5" body. 220 lb, 44 -46 chest, 38 waist, 10-13 foot size. It hangs a little funny on the stand as it is a 6'7" stand.

Sabatons are open back, not closed, Salet has a suspended leather liner inside, Mitten gauntlets have an separate inner glove with fingers scaled.
Body consists of 2 separate breastplates, an inner and an outer. All hinges are hand made and riveted.

Here are a few more pics. Cheers.
