I ordered this from Hal last year while I was deployed. Just now got around to putting it all together. My most lovely Lady made me a thick 100% linen arming cap to go under my riveted chain coif, and a linen pad for the inside top to hold my head at the exact height for good vision through the occularium. Hal, the design of this helm is awesome, and my field of vision, peripheral as well as straight ahead, up and down, is excellent! Thanks for an amazing helm. Tadeus
ETA: The service and craftsmanship: 5 across the boards as always!

Not my time period or style... but I still really like how that helm looks.

Yep he had made it for me and it was a tad too small...his helmets rock..I am using the romano cav helmet he made for me
Looks great...a great kit starts with the helmet.

Thanks Oscad- I am pleased with it as well. It is built like a tank, too. Marius- I agree. Hal's helms rock- I am glad it didn't fit you! Tadeus
