WTS 280 calontir trim brass fluted plates and cord

These are the fluted plates. I am going to be going a different direction with my body armor. They sell for $1.45 each new. Can ship on Monday...that is enough for a cuirass up to a 275 pound person. The rule of thumb on these plates is 1 plate per pound of body weight. These are nice but my lady is starting to punch out leather scale and lamellar plates on a trial basis and I would want to do a set to use and as a example of her work. For $330 I will add in over 800ft of brown paracord.

So this sounds like a great deal, but I don't see the price for just the plates. "At cost" of $1.45 per plate, my oh-so-weak math skills tell me that's $406 for just the plates. So $330 for the plates plus the paracord makes this an impossible to pass up deal, if one is looking to make some brass lamellar!

I almost wish I hadn't gone with the stainless....
