I have one pell at work and one at home.
At work I have 4 chairs, 2 columns of 2 back to back and I put them on the table. I used them for targetting as I move around them.
At home I have a cement bucket with a pole in it.

Water does definitely collect in it. Hah... it was dead,... but then with all that clothe material and rains... it grew life forms.
