Custom made full leather gaunts with bell cuffs. Made of tough, hand selected, thirteen to sixteen ounce sole bend leather, these water and lacquer hardened, waxed leather gauntlets are as beautiful as they are protective.

While all our gauntlets are water hardened, Old Realm Trades goes the extra step and carefully treats each piece with wax to protect them from the elements. An additional lacquer treatment protects and hardens the inside, while making them friendly to the skin. The base price for each set of gauntlets is $110 dollars. Each set of gauntlets is custom made to the customer's personal requirements, rather than off the shelf sizing. Because each set of gauntlets is custom made to your specifications, custom tooling, painting or embellishments are available
Also available low profile brown and low profile cuff.

No SCA armor comes strapped.Because people come in so many sizes, and because there are so many different styles of strapping, all our armor comes unstrapped. This does not mean that I don't know how to do it, but I really don't know how you want it. I am more than happy to strap your gauntlets, but you must tell me about your strapping style, if not you will have to add them yourself. Everyone has their own way of strapping, which is why most SCA armour isn't sent out strapped. Strapping is only 75 cents per strap to cover cost of material.

Leather in stock for one more set out the week of the 9th. Orders after them may take another week depending on what quality leather I can acquire from the near by Tandy. If the leathers not fit I will have to wait for leather to arrive.
