You don't see used ones come up for sale often, it may be better to just contact duke icefalcon, or west coast armoury, his grace icefalcon has a better business history and turn around time. Not trying to be shitty I'm just giving an opinion, hell you may have some good luck on here, I should have thought of that cause I've looked for a used one for years. Jackie at shamrock also does some amazing Greek work thats super unique.

Very true. Just 800 is a bit out of my budget. Hoping to find some one with an old helm or needing$ to upgrade.

LOL Tuomas beat me to the link up....

If I wanted a Greek helmet I'd jump on that. Made by Gunther of Orkney heavy guage stainless with locking cheeks.

Its $699, and if you are really into it I can take another $50 off. I'm getting close to the need-to-sell point.

If not, no problem!

Good luck and happy hunting!

I make some pretty decent corinthians, mild steel is $500 and stainless is $600 with a satin finish. i have been fighting in a corinthian probably 10 years of the 16 years of been fighting, the ones i make have good visibility and are very sturdy.
Mohawks and brasswork is extra.

I do not have pictures but http://phoenixsteelllc.com/index.php is making mine for $450 in stainless. All of there other work looks good. They do a solid weld rather than beaded. I suggest you check them out. They are making a basic helmet in my case so it wont have the the headdress. I cant get the exact image I sent to them for the build to load but here is a similar one to the description and photo I provided.

Nikias what did they say for turn around time for it? Are you getting the penis crease, or keeping the way early period design of that picture?

The helm Ioffered is by Gunther, interestingly enough! His work is great!

If you get one comissioned, get the crease!
