WTB: Tent

Post by Glaukos the Athenian »

I may need to upgrade my little Wall/Greek tent, as it was cramped last year.

I have in mind something like a 14x14 square pavilion. If you have something of the sort in good condition just sitting unused, drop me a PM and let's chat.

Thanks,

Does this mean you're going to sell your old tent? I'm in the market for my first canvas tent before pennsic this year, and I'm local to you.

This is not the dimension you are looking for, but almost exactly the same size. http://pennsic.net/forSale/16x12_Tent.html I am not in any way involved in this sale.

Thanks but WAY above my budget.

Maximus (Maximus! Maximus!) Your absolutely cheapest (and best) bet for a starter tent close to a Roman (or Greek) tent is this:

http://midwesttent.com/catalog/product_ ... ucts_id=45

It is on sale for $250 bucks. That is my current tent.
But I seem to need "Lebensraum" when camping... so I want a bigger one as well.

Shouldn't you be looking into Polish tents then? Maybe Czechoslovakian?
