I don't really want to let this go, but in order to focus on one time period at a time, sacrifices must be made. Plus, I must keep the pregnant wife in a good mood as we buy a house (which can be more stressful than my deployment was, at times). If you know anything about Hjalmr helms, you know they are solid, and affordable. This one lives up to his reputation. Rough around the edges, I just haven't gotten around to putting in the time to make it shine.
Fits me at 23.5" head (oblong), measures 8" side to side, and 9" (like 9.125" roughly), so it will fit in that range. It's not padded, and it's only been used a few times. $100 plus shipping, which should be around $20 conus.

Re: FS Hjalmr Crusader Helm
That's the nicest looking Hjalmr helm I've seen of late...if it weren't for the slats on the back I'd snap this right up.

Re: FS Hjalmr Crusader Helm
My intention was to put maille on it, that and a bit of polishing, this helm would be popin.
