Someone at Harvard will have to stand in line, as the design is MUCH older than that. Its the arms of the comyn family of scotland from the era of 13th/14th century.

Comyn, Earl of Buchan
Azure three garbs or
Look here: http://www.demon.co.uk/apl385/gilling/her-ae.htm

Secondly, I dont believe a person may copyright particular arms, but they may copyright thier particular drawing/photgraph.

Out of curiosity, how much money is en route?

EDIT: Never mind... I just figured it out...

Is $30 your regular price for a two-gored wool tunic, or are you just trying to move it? That's a great deal, we've got to talk...

I'm trying to move them, as the rent is already past due...

BUT... i usually only charge 35-45 dollars to sew one, fabric, is of course, extra, (in the case of the black wools, I got a HELLA deal on it)The late winter wool sales should be coming up soon, so it may become cheaper soon, in case you are looking for something custom...

But of course, you want the spiffy black one, right??? (look into my eyes....LOL)
