WTB: Rus nasal or sheet brass

Post by Sevastian »

I am putting a pseudo-Rus helm together and am looking for a nasal in brass or some 14 gauge sheet brass so I can cut one out myself. Any info would be much appreciated. :D
I have just been told what I'm looking for is an occular. I will post pics if I can find any.

I've seen that site before and would love to use those fittings on a helm someday. Since the helm will be used by a noob(me), what I'm looking for would be far less beautiful.

**EDIT**

I was curious myself. Turns out, you can get a 3" x 12" piece of .093" thick for about 20 bucks or .062" for 16.68.
I'd say that should be enough to make a nasal.... :D!
