Wanted: Medieval type arrows

Post by RandallMoffett »

Looking for Living History type medieval reproduction arrowheads.

So far just getting all the parts and tools to make them myself has not gone very well so looking for some one who makes them.

I'd like either type 7, 10 or 16 but any of the related heads would be OK.

Edit- This is for a 70lbs plus bow and the draw is around 30".

Any ideas or comments?

Gustovic,

Thanks for the link. Looks like a fair price for the type 10s.

Gwen,

Thanks as well. Those arrows are just what I am looking for. I might need some longer and heavier arrows with my current bow though.

I might have to buckle down and figure out how to make these. I really wish I'd have asked one of my friends who did this in the UK to teach me.

Since they are made for us, we may be able to have exactly what you are looking for made to -your- specs.

If you're interested in that option drop me a line with your specs and I will see what I can find out for you.

Randall,

I can't make much use of their shafts -- the style's too different between Hungarian and English. But they are absolutely excellent products, and worth the money.
