Ali came over to collect his Russian Shasqua RSW and I invited him to do some sparring practice with me. With each of us starting with 50 life points, he had 1 left at the end of 50 rounds while I had 43.

Tell him to look up polish saber vids. He is standing too square and tring to involve the left hand when he shouldn't.

Thanks for your information and tips. I'll tell him about that advice. He's aware of that video. It's his first time doing weaponry sparring with such weapon so he'll improve along time.

Also all his motion is linear. He is attempting to avoid your attacks by backing up. He should be stepping offline and countering, so that he can maintain his attack range.
