Stolen Helm alert *FOUND!*

Post by Torvaldr »

The helm in this picture has been stolen in New Castle Pa, so it could appear anywhere in Western PA or Eastern Ohio. I am no unable to fight until I can find a way to afford a new helm.

The helm was made by Sir Thomas Edmunds of Reislip, Master of the Laurel for armoring who no longer makes armor. So I am kind of sorta in the market for a new helm, but at the moment I really have no money for it.

MY HELM IS FOUND!!!! I found the bag sitting on the side of the road leading out of Lowes. It was like someone tossed it out the window as they were driving out of the parking lot. The helm was out of the bag and the bag was laying separately. My demis and belt scattered along. But everything is there! Thank you everyone for all your good wishes and offers of help!

Thats good to hear, Torvaldr!

Wish more stolen armor stories ended like this.
I'd still like to pound the thief into a puddle of red goo, though.

Well the person who stole it was a "tool" lol

seriously-- i HATE these people...(even though i know some are sincerely desperate for money)
but there is not a very ezy way to sell armor and stuff at least not for much money, so why fuck with something so unique and personal...

it is like the guy who stole .75 cents out of my truck 22 years ago... i left it unlocked and a guy stole .75 cents-- i said well he prolly needed it...

next night, i leave it unlocked again and THE FUCKER tears it apart for nothing...THAT pissed me off...

i know you may say serves me rigth for leaving it unlocked but it was an old, but loyal, rust bucket, and i just get tired of living in this world of 'screw them before they screw you'

and yes i have made my own mistakes, and i try very hard to fix them or make up for them to the injured parties...but these petty useless personal violations just piss me off

I'm going to be very dark here: My cousin was murdered in New Castle about 2 years ago, it's sad, I remember when NC was a decent place, but it's gotten very downtrodden in the last 20 years. Frankie was just walking outside a home at 314 Bell Avenue and was fatally shot by a drive by with an compressed air BB gun.

Yes it is...wish we had more of them, or rather, less incidents of this occurring in the first place.
