This is a 14 gauge, mild steel, celtic styled slat-back helm.
The helm is sized to fit an approx. 22.5-23.5 inch head.
This picture is of an older helm, the new one will be out of the shop and ready to ship, likely tomorrow. Asking $200 plus shipping (a $25 discount over normal prices)
