Great helm Helmet identification of maker

Post by Cian of Storvik »

I purchased this on the archive several months ago (maybe as much as a year ago). I'm trying to find out the maker of the kit. I saw one on the archive for sale very recently almost identical but without rivet holes, it too had no top. But that person didn't know the maker either.

I seem to remember halbreds selling a greathelm kit before.

I think Talbot's pattern is different, unless he made a kit helm that is diffferent from his von Prankh helm.

I have some questions about finishing this piece, and I could use the maker's advice.

I got the answer. It's James Arlen Gillaspie's helmet design. That actually explains a lot.
