I pretty much have my kit where I want it so it is time to focus on training.

3 - After insanity devise a training program which involves a lot of shot putting and other full body movements
4 - Compete in tournaments at Templcombe and Raglan castle
5 - Make it to practice sessions now and then.
1 - Oddly I did not actually finish it. I hurt myself and it got delayed and then I was unable to fit the last week in before needing to change my routine for the show season.
2 - Done this I think. I might have missed weeks now and then but the routine is firmly established and I do pell work every lunchtime with various weapons.
3 - Did that
4 - Did that. Won one of the Templecombe tournaments but under performed a little at Raglan.
5 - Have done that. Not at many as I would like but my time is very limited with two toddlers, one with special needs. Overall I made it to practice as often as I realistically could.

Now ... goals for next year ... hmmmm ...
If I have not seen as far as others, it is because there were giants standing on my shoulders.
