Sean Powell corazzina review

Post by johnameyer »

So two months ago roughlly I spent a week on here tracking down someone to make a corazinna kit. After some digging and asking around I got a hold of Sean and within 3 weeks of sending money the kit was at my door along with a full size pattern. I chose to do leather instead of fabric for the shell but the pattern was spot on and honestly saved me hours of work.

So in short

Shipping was excellent
Communication was top notch
Price was a steal especially considering the pattern was included!

...which minus the damn face I am making looks loads better than my old tattered Munich breastplate...

The kit was the two front plates and the back plate, $100 flat shipped with the full size patterns (his price may have changed since then, I dunno). I just PM'd Sean I dont think he has a site where he is selling the kits from.

THe faulds I just made from t-6 I had lying around.

Shameless self promotion bump.

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=91393

Price is still $100 even and includes shipping in the continental US. I tried to ship to Australia once and could have built the armor to completion and flown down for the cost of shipping.

I'm not 100% certain as I don't have the full e-mail records but I think it was 3-weeks to build the plates but John didn't pay me until work was complete. I don't take deposits so I never have to worry about flaking out and taking someones money.

Enjoy!
Sean
