Looking for used legal, safe helms for Drachenwald group

Post by freiman the minstrel »

Guys,

I have been contacted by a friend in Drachenwald hoping to find legal, safe, used helmets for his local shire's loaner locker.

I would like to find three.

If you know of somebody that would be willing to part with one, I would appreciate it.

(I did this once before, and I might have drank that well dry, but, well, you know. More playmates is more fun)

how much per helmet is their budget because some friends now have extra old helmets since they bought helmets off us.

This one as well, though for the love of god, choose the USPS shipping over the UPS. 30 dollar difference in cost for shipping.

I saw a deal on helms at Gulf Wars from Zen Warrior. They had a carbon steel version of the middle $215.00 stainless bascinet shown here: http://www.zenwarriorarmory.com/catalog.php?category=65 for $89.95 + shipping. They also assured me that their default shipping was USPS.

All we have to possibly part with is some really fugly barrel helms and hockey stuff.

The helms aren't used, but check out Emorokain Arms. (http://emorokian-arms.com/Products.html) for some great NEW helms.

Beau's simple mild steel helms are solidly built, well made, well-welded (not just a little weld here and there), and even a frugal b@stard like me did not crap a brick at the price of the custom helms he made for my daughter and me.

He is a local armourer (to me at least - Matthews, NC (Charlotte area)).

You can find him on Facebook as well.

Hope that helps!
