Some folks have been asking for these again, sorry to be slow, just busy.
Helm padding kits.
Self adhesive Peel and stick paper back 1/4 in closed cell.
Fast easy padding that works well.
Plenty of strips for the bowl and 2 10x12 pieces for other areas like cheeks etc.

I bought two of these kits and they are bad ass. The strips and pads make it much quicker to get the job done. It also stuck really well, held through a whole week at GW.

I have not been in contact with anyone locally in a long time.
It would be cheap to ship and would get to you in time if you need one.

No. my armoury is closed, I pretty much just offer these padding kits, not quite enough to get me to pennsic.

that's too bad. Im sure these would go over well, given all the helms that will be purchased at pennsic.

I ended up using the balance of mine to pad my gauntlets. I was able to cut them to just the right size and double them up. I haven't fought in them but I did let someone whack them a good bit and it felt pretty good.
(Gules, a dragon's head couped within a wreath of thorns Or, a base embattled Or masoned sable.)
