Mercs that go to Estrella?

I know the Barbarian Freehold Alliance is at Estrella...what other merc groups are there regularly in an "official" capacity?

I often see the Back Talons there, and am pretty sure they have been paid. least that was the discussion in the commanders meeting a couple of years back.
