WTB0 SCA Viking Helmet-Inexpensive IF possible.

Post by MJBlazek »

I would to buy an SCA viking helmet.

If able, I would really like it to mimick this helmet: Sans duct tape of course. ;) And it doesnt really matter what the bar grill looks like, it will have a drape of some form.

Look at Otto's armoury. He is having a helmet sale right now.

Matt, you could pick up a cheap generic helmet of that form and pimp it out with the appropriate bronze fittings: https://www.quietpress.com/helms.html

Also, "Accdntprone" is selling a whole pile of these:

I also would recommend Otto, his work prices are more than fair and from personal experience his lids are solid and look good.
