This link doesn't seem to have too much useful information.
I bought a helm from them last Pennsic, and I'm going to be giving someone a call soon, since it's not here yet and I haven't heard anything.
The place is run by Johannes vo Brückenheim, mka John Van Hassel. I have his email as windrose@primenet.com.
As of last Pennsic, his backlog was as long as his talent is great.
