Status on Ashcraftbaker

Post by Thorgar Wulfson »

Hello i used the search function and could not find an anwswer to this; Is ashcraftbaker armory still open? I had ordered armor from them in the past with out issue, but this last time i ordered a smallish order (mainly demi guantlets and basket hilts) in June. In august i inquired and found out that their shop had flooded and their would be a delay. I resent an inquiry on Oct 18th and have heard nothing from them. Did they ever get their shop back up?

If you paid for them with a credit card, I would contact your card company and see if you can get your money back.

I used a third party service called wepay.com if they have indeed not made my armor, would i still be able to get my money back. I am currently working on building a new land here in Kansas and that money was pooled to get needed parts we dont have. id rather have the armor pieces to be honest but lack of that id like to get the money so we can reorder for the same parts elsewhere.

Thorgar, if you get the money back, check with Sir Andrew (Andy)Ward at http://www.wardmetal.com. He does very reasonably priced Demi gauntlets on a pretty quick turn around, and he's near to you (NW Arkansas)
