1 Nikon AF Nikkor 28mm
1 SB-600 Speedlight.
1 Tamarac backpack camera bag
1 Tamarac shoulder camera bag
1 4gb Kingston flash card
1 2gb whatever came with the camera card.
1 Tripod
Manuals and original boxes for the camera and the flash (I think), might even have the box for the 18-200 lense.

That's a good kit. I forwarded this to Bruka the Saracen, who works for Lifetouch which is filled to the rafters with kids looking for exactly this sort of thing.

Included but not pictured are the battery charger, the original camera body lens cap, a usb cable and a random flash sync cable.
I haven't found the original lens box for the 18-200 yet, but its probably kicking around here somewhere.
The boxes I do have still contain the original packing materials and the second set of manuals in spanish.
