I had the same experience.

I ordered elbows, knees and shoulders on the 13th and it all arrived on the 20th. This included making the shoulders.

A++ customer service from Allan. I will be sending people his way in the future.

I agree completely. Al does amazing work. You won't be disappointed if you order from merctailor. I own one of his Almain collars and am on my way to increasing my Merctailor collection as we speak, and shall continue to do so as long as I'm able. Check out his web store or shoot him an email.
