WTB: 30 inch (+/- 2in) Aluminum Round Blank

Post by marcus the pale »

Looking for used round, somewhere in the region of 28-32 inches. I'm not even sure that I will be able to transition from strapped kite/heater to center grip round, thus can't really justify buying new right now. Beat up is fine, destroyed... not so much. I would buy a finished one for the right price, but I am going to most likely rebuild it anyway. Trying not to be too picky.

Entertaining offers... and, go!

Nugg at enchanted mountain armoury may have something.
He has a guy at the local scrap yard that sets aside sheet aluminum for budget shields and budget armour.

Let me know what you find, I am just a bit north of you and I am interested in an aluminum round as well.

Marcus, Have you considered going to a center cut out heater? It might make a good teansistional spot for ya. I dont think I could get used to a round either. Boss (Ice ) has a few of the center cut outs in aluminum around, and he has a few of the hard plastic ones in stock as well.
