Knights belt: SOLD
This is a maroon, almost red, knightly decorated belt with lions and studs. Total length is 53". Fits a waist of 32 to 40 inches. Asking $75 + s/h.

With regards to the SCA, only knights can wear an unadorned (plain) white belt. But they don't HAVE to wear white. They can choose to wear whatever they want.
Lastly, the custom of red belts for squires is usually plain/unadorned red. It's not a rule, just a custom. And this belt is very much adorned.
