Review - New helm from Shamrock Armory (Jackie)

Totally forgot to do the write up, had posted on FB when I got it, but forgot to post here.

Love it. Love the color changes in it, my old spangen was stainless and brass, and when shined up, would blend a little to much. This one, with the copper, brass and stainless, contrasts nicely.

Thanks Jackie, love it. Will post kit pics with it, once I have everything done at Ice Dragon this year, and will add them to this also.

Sure is sweet looking. Glad Jackie was able to get it done for you in the end. I love the lack of bars.

The copper really sets it apart from the crowd. That is a beautiful hat.
What the SCA needs is less Armour Archive, and more Monty Python.

I'm brand new to the SCA and am shopping around for a helm. This piece is amazing, but i did a search on google for shamrock armory and it stated on the update page that they were no longer doing custom work but were going to be under another armory. I really liked the work displayed and am interested in it... did i miss the boat?
