I'm considering ordering a sallet and bevor from Celtic WebMerchant and wondered if anyone has had dealings with them.

I've had dealings with them, and didn't enjoy it. The most recent was a brooch for my wife that was to be here by Christmas. I was finally able to give her the brooch in March. When I asked where it was and why it hadn't been shipped it was like asking Rachel Dolezal if she's black - I thought it was a simple question but apparently it wasn't.
In time I was able to find out that things that are listed as In Stock in the catalog do not exist at the time of ordering. "In Stock" means, "we have someone in our Rolodex who can make it, and as soon as we get back from this show we'll contact them and get them to make one up for you."
I'd had late deliveries and surprisingly high shipping from them, but that last one involved my wife and so was enough to get me to never contact them again unless they have something that no one else has. Since that time I've ordered from people who produce things that look exactly like the once on CWM's website (same pictures and everything) and gotten them much quicker.

i have ordered from them a few times and only ever had one issue but they fixed that up right away
the helmet i brought ended up being smaller then they had listed, so they refunded me the cost of the helmet and had me reorder it in a larger size (so i ended up with 2 helmets for the price of one)
they have always been helpful and i will buy from them without any hesitation.
also for us here in Australia they have on their site that if we spend more then $150 AUD we get free postage... that is bloody awesome for us Aussies as postage is always a killer for us
