18g stainless. I made them out of 18g intentionally - my design has a lot of overlapping plates at angles which makes them much more resistant to denting than simple clamshells. Plus they totally ground out on the weapon - I wear the same style and the index finger side is always in contact with the haft.

The leather cuff is about 10oz. There should be great thumb mobility. Fingers are about 5" long and 5" wide.

They aren't gloved. I usually punch four holes near the tips of the middle and ring fingers, countersink them a little, and then stitch the glove directly to the metal.

They will need a strap across the palm as well. And some dye or darkening oil on the leather wouldn't hurt - it'll bring out the floral washers.

I have gotten 300 for totally finished mild gaunts in the past, so I'm asking $200 plush shipping for these since they need finishing off. They should fit in a flat rate medium.

I also have another set in 410 (same size) with a black cuff, which I was going to splint and get ready to sell here.
Alternately, let me know if being unfinished, or the leather cuff instead of steel, is offputting... I need money but I also need to get these projects out of my life, and if I need to do some work to move these, I'll do it.

I'm interested... But I'd like to see a picture of them on a hand, if it's not too much trouble... In the OP you said that you wear the same style. Could you take a few pictures of what yours look like in action? I'm curious about how well they cover the finger tips and the wrist, so one or two shots of the palm side of your fist would be nice.

Also, could you post a few more details on the 410 ones? Are they also 18 gauge? Are they hardened and tempered?

Yeah I will get pics out this PM.

These are bigger than mine. I have normal sized hands. A few Pennsics ago I was trying to sell some normal sized 410 gaunts and people kept saying they were too small so I sized them up.

Also I played with the thumb on these to address movement complaints, so mine will have fixed thumbs too.
