Had a little flap over this few years ago- I screwed up, sincere apologies. Hoping to avoid that this time around. Need to sell, so here goes.

I have a wonderful Mikel (sp?) crossbow I got at a pennsic probably 15 years ago. He was a Polish immigrant who settled in Canada. Its a hardwood but Im not sure what kind. Steel bow is etched with lovely maidens (cough, cough) and flora and fauna. Brass nut, steel stirrup, steel trigger, sinew....lightly used. I probably shot it a dozen times. When tight, it show a wooden bolt with wooden tip about an inch or so into an oak tree at well over 75 yards. I have no doubt this could kill as a hunting crossbow or for target practice. Frankly I will miss it because I had hoped to take it out with my kids and practice. But Ive got to clear out space and figure the holidays are coming so Id like to know it went to someone here rather than eBay.

Id like to get 650 or best reasonable offer. I will detach the bow from the stock for shipping.

What's the draw weight?

I don't know off hand. How would I figure that out?

I can tell you that now, it takes two hands and a good deal of pull strength. When its tight it was not easy to pull. Im very strong/lifter and remember that when it was new you really had to be careful when holding the stock and keep your food firmly in the stirrup.

I have a similar one by Mr. Dabek, and it's supposedly rated #150.

Ah well thats useful to know--thanks Jeff. I will miss this thing. Ive had it on display so long I almost feel guilty for not using it more. :/

that's kind of what I was thinking... hard to tell from the picture, but the prod looks similar size to mine which was said to be around #130.
