Yes, although the scales are a little wider than I prefer, you could make yourself a nice klibanion out of this.

No, I don't work at a shoe factory. Somehow or other, my friend Chuck happened across these. He planned to use them for armor, but eventually realized that he was never going to get around to it... I'm selling them for him.
