Atlantian Tournament of Chivalry

Post by Winterfell »

So who is planning on attending?
What weapons forms are people interested in using, besides the ole sword and shield?
You have to push the little yellow button to load it.

Oh yes, I will be there for certes, traveling with my lady Melisent and Duke Ragnarr. I know that Sirs Balynar and Corby from Caer Mear will be in attendance as well. I'm not sure about Sir Arraydd....

I will most likely spend all day with sword and shield though I might take a pass or two with greatsword for fun.

I will be there.

I will spend the day with sword and shield, as that is all I am authorized in at the moment.

Unfortunately for me, all my plans have come to naught.
I have been fighting an illness that is has now manifested itself into my throat that has only gone from bad to worse.
I cannot really speak, and if I did go it would be as an observer only, but my lady wife does not wish me to make the trek as it will not help my condition.
Bloody hell.

Is that Duke Ragnar that just recently stepped down? Was King at Gulf Wars?

If you can remember, tell him thanks from Jean Paul. He made a princely gift of a ornamented knight's belt for my knighting at Gulf Wars, and I truly enjoy wearing it, and being able to tell people that it came from the king's hand...

Kudos to your lady. Even if you don't try to fight, the trip and exposure to the elements will slow your recovery--not to mention spreading the germs to everyone you meet!
I hereby pre-emptively apologize for any offense you may decide to take at my posts despite what I may actually have said or how I may actually have meant it.

Unless you actually need to be offended. Then I'm happy I could help.

Squiring is so cool- I hope to be a squire by Pennsic, so I can fight in the Squire's Tournament.

Congrats.
