SS pre-punched rings for riveted maille? What's the URL?

I saw a message, site or comment about pre-punched rings for riveted maille made out of stainless steel. The rings were similar in design to the riveted maille currently made in India. That is they were 16ga, 3/8th ID flattened on the overlapped and they use round rivets.

Does anyone know the message, page or whatever that this came from?
