Fighting in a bevoir

i know some people on this forum have fought in bevoirs, and i'm prety sure other people know people who have, so i was wondering how much mobility you have when wearing one?
looking at the patern and asociated pics in the patern archive it looks like it would really restrict movement of the head.
I'm trying to decide whether to incorperate one into my new harness or not.
I personally think it would look pretty cool, but i really like being able to look around without having to turn my shoulders as well.
