Truehearth Armory Review: Great Work!

Post by Knut Forkbeard »

Wanted to let everyone know of the very good experience I had in dealing with a gauntlet order from Carlo at Truehearth. The gauntlets arrived in the timeframe he said they would, they fit perfectly and were very well made. Carlo also did a fine job in making some custom modifications I'd asked for. During the entire ordering and customizing process, Carlo was right on top of things in terms of quick communications.

I would highly recommend Truehearth Armory to anyone seeking great customer service and quality armor.

Ah, yes, dear Knut, but how quick was the man's turn around time? The is a true test of his mettle.

Just teasing; I'm just curious.

He stated before I started that he had pre-paid orders that took him out two months, and that my guantlets would thus take a few days over two months. Which is exactly what it took.

Much better than the 2 1/2 years I've been waiting for the gauntlets I ordered from Armourworks :)

CARLO ROCKS!
I have nothing but good things to say about him and his business.
