Worth about a grand, will sell or trade for $700.
This is a nice die hammer, as seen on many anvilfire sites. I got the plans out of Anvils Ring years ago. Remember legs are stronger than arms! Send a private e-mail for pics. Great condition.
With power and plainishing hammers and screw press, no longer use it.
Treddle (foot opperated) hammer for sale or trade

Thanks Tom.
I'm an IBA member, but was thinking June were a long way off, and also was thinking of taking it to SOFA next year? It's the old Jerkpatrick swing arm, that's not quite as popular with our crowd these days, but I hoped someone in the armour or bladesmithing department hear might want it. It's just taking up space in the shop at this point, but a worthy piece of equiptment to a beginner smith, or somebody who wants to do die work, and at this point cannot afford a power rig.
