Fooloishly, Iforgot to add that this would be an attempt at an SCA helm as well. Also, what measurements do ya need? Just the circumfrence of my dome?

Oh... SCA, this is not an SCA helm it has 18 ga. panels.

It is a beginners project to teach basic hammering and assembly.

Ya couldnt get 16 gauge panels, or reccomend someone who could make them?

Yes it could be done with 16 ga. panels; however their is no grill, cheek pieces or back piece.
This is a simple dress helm.
