Kettle Hat pattern -- whose????

I recently received and posted a pattern for a kettle hat -- http://www.armourarchive.org/patterns/kettle_helm_michaelhall/

The problem is... it isn't Michael Hall's pattern!! He's just the one who sent it to me.

So, which one of your Archivers should be getting the credit for this pattern? (And, of course, do you give your permission for me to host the pattern here on the Archive?)
