"Knight School"- next session April 1-2, 2006

Post by Black Swan Designs »

Hi Folks-

A reminder that the next session of Knight School is scheduled for April 1 & 2, 2006.

For those unfamiliar with it, Knight School is devoted to the training of horse, rider and ground crew for jousting and the tournament.

For a rundown of the March Knight School, please see the thread here:

March Knight School Review

Hope to see you there!

Gwen

Bump as a reminder that Knight School is this weekend coming up.

We'd appreciate it if anyone planning to attend would email as soon as possible, so we know how many to prepare for.

Thanks!

The next session of Knight School will happen May 6, 7, 2006 at our place in Ramona CA.

Please see the announcement above for more information and contacts.

The May session will be the same as March and April were, just different dates.

I know that this hasn't been getting a lot of replies, but please keep posting notices. This is great stuff.

No worries. We're operating on the "Field of Dreams" model- we have faith that 'if we build it, they will come'. We're tenacious and refuse to believe we're the only ones in the US who want to do this. ;)

It's the same thing with Crossroads in Time. They will come.

Can't make the May one either

:(
I suspect that Pennsic prep will take up much of your summer.

What's the fall look like?

Barring unforseen problems, Knight School will be held the first weekend of every month except August and November. August skips because of Pennsic, and November goes to the second weekend because we're in England the first weekend.

I believe Jeffrey is working with someone near Pennsic to hold a Knight School a couple of days during Pennsic, but I don't know if that's been finalized. Watch our announcements for updates.

I have a calendar right here, so here are the 2006 Knight's School dates:

-May 6-7
-June 3-4
-July 1-2
-August- SKIP
-September 2-3
-October 7-8
-November 11-12 (second weekend!)
-December 2-3
