This is the first helm I have ever made and I am happy with the results. I am selling it because after I bought the first one, a stainless version came out. I figure I could assemble the mild and then sell it to cover the costs of both helms (basically a little sweat can get me a new helm and some armour making experince). I tested it this past weekend and it passed two marshall inspections with no problems, I can also attest to how well it absorbs impacts . I will also be at Sapphire Joust this weekend if you are interested in buying it or want to see it first. I am asking for $250, but other "reasonable" offers will be considered. Thanks for looking.
