Oh my god... I've seen that gauntlet first hand just 2 month ago... and 3 years ago I didn't believe their existence..... quite embarassing! :oops:

this fully enclosed gauntlet with spikes on the fingers puts me in the mind of cesta and other gladiatorial tools. seems like this piece would work well against the net and trident combo. the spikes on the fingers would make gripping a weapon all but impossible, but gripping flesh and clothing would be exceedingly effective.
