Great quality product and incredible communications. Muriel bent over backwards to juggle things according to my schedule. The chair even arrived ahead of schedule!!!

The packaging to protect the chair was well thought out and perfectly executed. I even got a nice bag to cover it with (I was not expecting that!).

The chair looks great and is in perfect condition.
