What size are you looking for? Tack shops carry them, Tandy or the Leather factory stores have them from time to time. They are mostly roller buckles and you would have to do creative work to them to make them look period. Also check out Talbot's fine acessories, Raymonds quiet press and historic outfitters, not sure if historic enterprises (different than last named) has them or not, as stainless is not period.
